Monthly Archives: July 2008 my mom lost her battle with breast and brain cancer tonight. she fought long and hard for over a year. she was 61 years old. my heart is broken and i will miss her beyond words. please forgive late emails or returned phone calls while i spend time with my family and get things in…  this little dude came all the way from taipei to see me. okay…he was on vacation and happened to be in arizona, but still…that’s pretty impressive. he was all kinds of cute, all kinds of smart and all kinds of character. and i happen to find the little gap in between baby teeth absolutely irresistible. …  this little sweet pea is a star in the studio. if you’ve seen the three canvases that hang over the sofa in the studio she’s the middle baby – carefully snuggled up on daddy’s arm at three weeks old. nine months later she’s a petite little crawler and just as sweet as can be. oh…  i had the awesome opportunity to meet and photograph this beautiful teenager. she’s a pageant girl…but so not your typical pageant girl. there’s so much more to her than just a beautiful face. she truly inspired me with all of that she does! and seriously…she’s a great kid. good luck at your pageant this year,…  rememeber this gorgeous couple? well…they delivered a beautiful baby girl. i love this shot. mom looks so beautiful and happy with her new little blessing. my favorite part of this image? aside from the completely content look on baby’s face…her tiny little toes peeking out of mom’s hands. that just makes me melt.
