From time to time I hear from clients who want to come in for a quick photo session, just one or two images for something – maybe it’s a birthday or a milestone, a new puppy in the family, or Suzy getting her braces next month. How about an updated portrait of the kids for Mother’s Day or Father’s Day? You get the idea. Well…now’s your chance to do just that!
Every Monday beginning March 23rd and running through the end of May, we will be offering Mini-Mondays! These are 30 minute sessions aimed at capturing something very specific. We have several themes to choose from. Session images will be ready to view within one week in a private, online gallery. The cost is $125 and includes 2 5×7 prints. Of course you are welcome to order additional prints and products as well. The session fee is due at the time of booking your session and is non-refundable.

April 13th & April 20th: Mother’s Day/Classic B&W

May 18th & May 25th: Father’s Day/Classic B&W
Furry Friends:
We know that pets can be a big part of your family. So it’s only fair that they get an opportunity to have their own portraits, too! The majority of these sessions will be shot on a white background in a studio setup outside of the regular studio. This is to keep my studio nice and clean for all the newborns and little babies I typically photograph. We’ll have a fun little setup in the garage and we’ll be supplying treats. Feel free to bring along any props (balls, favorite toys, beds, blankets, etc) or favorite treats if you think it’ll enhance your pets experience. We encourage you to bring the kids along and include them in the session! Also, if your pet happens to be not of the furry kind…we can talk about it. Chances are we can squeeze you/it in.

Easter:
You spend so much time getting the Easter outfits figured out for everyone, why not bring them in and get a portrait to remember. This is also a great time to bring in hats for both boys and girls. We’ll be using yellow, pink, ivory and white backgrounds for these sessions – based on what you’ll be wearing. So thing Spring colors here. We’ll supply some pretty spring flowers (…while they last! Have you seen how fast a two year old can destroy a tulip?) or you’re welcome to bring along any props you may want in the portraits – we’ll do our best to squeeze them in at some point.

Mother’s Day/Father’s Day/Classic Black & White:
We’re hoping our Mother’s Day/Father’s Day sessions will make great gifts for Mom and Dad. These sessions will be done on a black background. We recommend dark clothing to keep things classic and timeless. In addition to the 5×7 portraits you’ll be receiving with your session fee we have several products such as jewelry, business card holders, photo handbags and brag books that make great gifts for both Mom’s and Dad’s. We also offer gift certificates (for the husbands who know their wives would rather do the shopping!). Don’t let these holidays sneak up on you again this year. Give them a great gift…a portrait of their favorite people!
White Out:
This is really just an excuse to have you bring in all of your cute clothes and let us play. We’ll be shooting on a white background – and anything goes as far as clothing choices! We encourage you to bring along bright, fun colors for this one. Again, feel free to bring along props that you think will enhance the portraits. Think fun bright colors, or sweet white sundresses for girls, denim shorts for boys – or birthday suits for the little ones. Everyone looks good in white during this session!
