Another cute boy on the blog today. This guy belongs to my fantastic hairdresser. He’s adorable and has the cutest personality. His mom brought him in for his very own shoot to put together a modeling comp card. I think this handsome guy is gonna be famous one day.

I had another fantastic session with sweet Ava last spring. Her Mom chose an outdoor location this time around and it was such a breath of fresh air to get out and shoot in the lovely spring weather…even though it was actually a little warmer than we wanted. Still, Ava was a perfect subject and let me capture her sweet little spirit. A favorite session of mine for sure.

I love this family! They trusted me from the very beginning to photograph their brand new baby. We had our first session in my garage “studio” and it was beautiful. Now their kiddos are growing up into these lovely young ladies and they continue to ask me to photograph their beautiful family. This year we decided to venture out into a new location and WOW was it amazing!

First off, Happy New Year!

I hope you all enjoyed your holiday and got to spend lots of time with family and friends. I’m looking forward to a brand new year full of possibility. This is an exciting year for me, too. In October I’ll celebrate my 10th year in business. 10 years! That’s crazy and super exciting. I’ll be planning something fun to celebrate, so stick around.

Speaking of families, here’s a big blog post with a few of the families that came in to the studio this past year. I’m seriously behind on getting all my sessions up on the blog but I’m on a quest to get caught up…so stay tuned!

Dad bought Mom a family portrait session since all the boys were going to be in town for the holidays. Can you imagine how fun this house is when the whole gang gets together? I had such an awesome time photographing this lovely family. I think I had a silly grin on my face the entire time I edited the photos just thinking of all the fun we were having. What a great looking bunch! Thanks for such a great session to the H family!

The littlest guy here is a member of the Baby’s First Year plan, so Mom and Dad squeezed in some family portraits while here to photograph Trait at 6 months. He was so cute and shy, tilting his head to the side every time I said something to him. Aren’t they a beautiful family!

His eyes are seriously this blue! They are amazing!
