I love this family! They trusted me from the very beginning to photograph their brand new baby. We had our first session in my garage “studio” and it was beautiful. Now their kiddos are growing up into these lovely young ladies and they continue to ask me to photograph their beautiful family. This year we decided to venture out into a new location and WOW was it amazing!

First off, Happy New Year!

I hope you all enjoyed your holiday and got to spend lots of time with family and friends. I’m looking forward to a brand new year full of possibility. This is an exciting year for me, too. In October I’ll celebrate my 10th year in business. 10 years! That’s crazy and super exciting. I’ll be planning something fun to celebrate, so stick around.

Speaking of families, here’s a big blog post with a few of the families that came in to the studio this past year. I’m seriously behind on getting all my sessions up on the blog but I’m on a quest to get caught up…so stay tuned!

Little G came in for his second session of his Baby’s First Year Plan. He’s a little more reserved than big brother T, but what a cute personality he has! Love those two bottom toofers. So cute!

I met Chalet at her family’s horse stable in Scottsdale. As I pulled into the gated entrance, I knew this session was going to be fun. The lighting was amazing and the location was something new and different for me. And then I met Chalet…um, gorgeous! Plus, she’s a really cool chick and she was up for anything. So we did our thing. I still think about this session and how I love the images months later. Chalet is stunning! Stay tuned for some in-studio portraits, too!

Next up on the blog I’ll be showing off a few more senior sessions. If you are a high school senior graduating in 2012, it’s a great time to get scheduled for your senior session. With the weather cooling off it’s the perfect time to get outside and take advantage of the beautiful locations we have around here to get your photographs.

Say hello to Marc, a 2011 Millennium graduate. This guy was quite the character in studio. We had a good time getting all his band instruments and uniforms set up. This is a storyboard that Mom ordered, to match the one we did of his sister we did a few years ago.
