Someone is getting a new baby brother to love. His whole world is about to change and I’m sure it’ll be a fun adventure! I love how he’s looking up at Mama in that second one. Awww…I’m melting!

These two make beautiful babies. I can’t wait to meet the new little guy.

This gorgeous baby bump came all the way from Coolidge for a maternity portrait session. K & M are such a cute couple and they were already head over heels for the little guy waiting to make his debut. Mom is a jockey…so it’s only fitting that the little guy will be named Ryder. LOVE!

I think this one is my favorite.

And the lovefest continues. Meet Baby Cody. This is the little guy from the maternity session I posted last. Again, I just love how connected these three are. I have so many favorites from this session. Cody was an awesome baby to work with and he took it all in stride as we posed him in various ways. Thanks you two, for choosing me to photograph your pregnancy and brand new little guy.

Can you feel the love here? I love how in to each other these two are. Truly…they adore one another and I am so happy I got this on film (…or digital negative). They were expecting their very first baby here. I’ll show him off next, when the lovefest continues! This very first image is a BIG favorite of mine recently. I just love the connection here.

This is Alex…patiently waiting for his new baby brother to make his way into the world. I am in love with this series of photos. I think they’d make a great storyboard for the nursery. Oh, and wait until you meet the new guy – he’s adorable!

another edition of showcasing your photographs

They did it again. I got another email from Pottery Barn showcasing lots of photos on family room walls. So of course I had to go over and see what they were up to. I have to say I am in love with so many of their ideas. I thought you might like to see them and get inspired, too.

This one is my favorite of the ideas they show. I like that nothing is permanent and the images can be changed around as your family grows.

Here’s another room that really appeals to me. Ledges are a big trend here for sure. I love the red leather slipper chairs…a lot!

I love the look of big prints without matting here. This has been in their catalog for a few years and I still like it.

I like the simplicity of this one. This is great for those of us who are “liner uppers”.

A fun idea for Dad’s office (or Mom’s!)…

Expecting Cade | Arizona Maternity Photographer

I finished up the year with this beautiful family of three (and counting). Baby was due in January but Mom started feeling contractions a little early, so we decided to play it safe and sneak them in before we shut down for the holidays. It turns out he waited almost two weeks to arrive, but it was a good call to get them in.

The last time I saw this soon to be big brother was when he was in for newborn photos – so it was pretty cool to see this big boy walk in. And he was so excited to meet his baby brother. Stay tuned for baby brother’s photo session!
