I love this family! They trusted me from the very beginning to photograph their brand new baby. We had our first session in my garage “studio” and it was beautiful. Now their kiddos are growing up into these lovely young ladies and they continue to ask me to photograph their beautiful family. This year we decided to venture out into a new location and WOW was it amazing!

First off, Happy New Year!

I hope you all enjoyed your holiday and got to spend lots of time with family and friends. I’m looking forward to a brand new year full of possibility. This is an exciting year for me, too. In October I’ll celebrate my 10th year in business. 10 years! That’s crazy and super exciting. I’ll be planning something fun to celebrate, so stick around.

Speaking of families, here’s a big blog post with a few of the families that came in to the studio this past year. I’m seriously behind on getting all my sessions up on the blog but I’m on a quest to get caught up…so stay tuned!

Holiday cookie season has begun in the Heffington house. I actually don’t usually make them until it gets a little closer to Christmas, but these looked too good to pass up. My kids LOVE homemade chocolate chip cookies. The recipe came from here. Trust me…these were pretty fantastic cookies.

Little G came in for his second session of his Baby’s First Year Plan. He’s a little more reserved than big brother T, but what a cute personality he has! Love those two bottom toofers. So cute!
